At Gore Earthmoving, our people are at the heart of everything we do. At a recent celebration we were incredibly proud to recognise a team member who embodies the spirit, work ethic and character of someone very special to our organisation.
The Don Shoemark Memorial Award, created in honour of Don Shoemark – a valued colleague and friend whose legacy continues to shape our culture and standards. Don was known for his positivity, reliability, strong work ethic and sense of humour. This award has been established to celebrate those same qualities in our team.
We are delighted to announce that the first recipient of the Don Shoemark Memorial Award is Nichole Lobwein. From day one Nic has demonstrated the qualities this award represents.
