Before formally becoming a Gore team member there are seven (7) pre-employment steps for you to take.

Therefore, it is important that we are aware of any condition, medical or otherwise, which may have an impact on you in the workplace. This Questionnaire is not designed as a tool to discriminate, rather to create awareness and ensure you are properly accommodated in the workplace.

4. Download and complete the Superannuation Standard Choice Statement

When you have completed the form, please save it and then upload it to our admin team using the form below.

5. Download and Complete the Tax File Number Declaration.

When you have downloaded and completed the Tax File Number Declaration form, please save it and upload it to our admin team using the form below.

6. Read the Gore IMS Management Plans.

Press the button below to access the Gore Earthmoving IMS Management Plans.
Read and familiarise yourself with each of those plans and then complete the acknowledgment form near the bottom of the page.

7. Complete the Company Induction.

You will then be notified by text message to login again and this time you will be taken to our online induction, which you must complete.
Once you have completed the induction, answer the questions in the form below the induction and sign it to say you have understood the induction.

What’s Next?

Once these steps are successfully completed you will be contacted and given a formal offer of employment. You will need to sign it to accept it before joining us.

After formally joining our team you will be able to login and access worker resources such as policies, SOPs, Compliance and Safety forms, other inductions and an in-house news section.
